Return and Refund Policy

We highly value your shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following policy for guidance on how to proceed with returns and refunds.

I. Order Cancellation and Refund Process

  • Cancellation of Unshipped Orders:

    1. If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order before shipment and request a refund. Please note that a 7% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount, which is charged by the bank. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time is 5-7 business days.
  • Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

    1. If your order has already been shipped, we will make every effort to intercept the package before it arrives. If interception is successful, you will receive a refund (minus the 7% fee).
    2. If the package has already been shipped and interception is not possible, you will need to follow the return process. Once the item is returned and passes the quality inspection, we will process the refund.
  • Notes:

    1. Please ensure to verify your order information before placing the order to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
    2. If you need to cancel the order or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will process your request promptly.

II. Return Process

  • Return Conditions:

  1. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must meet the following conditions:
      • The product is in its original condition (e.g., the product is undamaged, unused, and unaltered, without stains or cosmetics, and the plastic packaging is intact), and its resale condition is unaffected;
      • If the product or package includes additional gifts (such as promotional gifts), please return them as well. The gift must remain in the same condition as when received. If the gift cannot be returned, we reserve the right to charge you for the gift’s cost at the marked price.

     2. The following situations are not eligible for return:

      • Products not purchased through the website www.ibenifit.com;
      • Products that have been used, worn, or are otherwise in a non-resalable condition;
      • Products damaged during shipping and not reported to us within 48 hours of receipt;
      • Products purchased during specific promotions or sales where return and exchange are explicitly prohibited;
      • Products that were clearly marked as defective at the time of purchase and later returned for the same reason;
      • Missing electronic invoices or order numbers;
      • Orders that exceed the return/exchange deadline;
      • Custom or personalized items (such as straps customized based on customer specifications), unless the item has a quality issue;
      • Other situations where the consumer is not entitled to a return or exchange under this policy and applicable laws.
  • Return Process:

    1. Please contact our customer service through our website or by sending an email to service@ibenifit.com to request a refund.
    2. Customer service will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please ensure you use a reliable courier service to return the product and retain the tracking number as proof.
    3. The returned product must be in its original packaging, including all original items (such as labels, instructions, etc.).
    4. Please specify the reason for return on the delivery note. If the delivery note is missing, please prepare a blank sheet of paper with your name, order number, product number, quantity, return reason, product number, color, and any other relevant details.
  • Refund Policy:

    1. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
    2. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, with a processing time of 5-7 business days.
    3. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the product, excluding shipping fees. If you enjoyed free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, and the 7% bank processing fee will also be deducted.

III. Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders

  • If the product you received is defective or does not match the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide free return or exchange service.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for return or exchange of such items.

IV. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment method. For credit card refunds, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process.

V. Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Fees: Unless the product itself is defective, the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping Safety: To ensure the product is not damaged during return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during return shipping.
  • One Return/Exchange per Order: Unless the product has a quality issue, only one return/exchange request is allowed per order. All returns or exchanges must be for the same style and color of the product.
  • We reserve the right to review and reject any return request that does not meet the return conditions.
