We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered. All prices are listed in USD, and orders will be shipped from Shenzhen, China.

Shipping Methods

IBenefit offers two shipping options, but not all countries support these options. You can check the available shipping rates during checkout or contact us via service@ibenifit.com for confirmation of specific shipping options and fees.

  1. Tax-Free Postal Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 6-12 days
    • Shipping Fee: $5 for orders under $99; Free for orders over $99
    • This shipping method includes customs duties and VAT (Value Added Tax).
  2. FedEx Priority Express

    • Delivery Time: 4-10 days
    • Shipping Fee: $15 for orders under $99; $8 for orders over $99
    • Customs duties are not included; customers may be required to pay additional customs fees.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Due to fluctuations in oil prices, shipping fees may increase significantly. Shipping rates may also change due to promotional offers. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.
  • Any charges incurred due to customer refusal, return shipping costs to China, and import duties will be borne by the buyer.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We process orders Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment so you can track the delivery status.
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, and you can use this number to track the package on the carrier's website.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Tax-Free Postal Shipping: Customs duties are included in the shipping fee, and no additional duties will be charged upon delivery.
  • FedEx Priority Express: Customs duties are not included in the shipping fee, and any duties or import taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some countries may impose import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, extra local carrier charges, or other fees, all of which are the responsibility of the recipient, as these charges contribute to the recipient country's development and welfare programs.
  • Customs duties and taxes vary by country, so we are unable to provide an estimate. We recommend contacting your local customs office or agent for more information.
  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable for packages that are refused due to duties or taxes at the recipient's end.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not support shipping to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Due to logistics issues, some regions may not be serviced. If your address is unserviceable, you will be notified prior to shipment.

Delivery Delays

  • The time it takes to receive your order depends on the local carrier's efficiency. Please note that the 3-12 business day time frame is a guideline, and delivery may be delayed due to customs delays or unforeseen events.
  • Pre-sale items may not apply to the above delivery times. Our customer service team will inform you accordingly.
  • After leaving a message, our customer service team will manually review it. Therefore, if your order has a message, it will affect normal delivery and processing time.
  • During peak periods, delivery times may be affected due to high order volumes. Please understand that if you have not received your goods for a long time after receiving a shipping confirmation, please be patient or contact the courier company.
  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics companies or unforeseen factors like weather, customs, or the Covid-19 pandemic.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will be charged for reshipment.

Address Changes

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ibenifit.com. Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
